 Directions : As you come down Liberty St. in Bath (the main Street) Go straight through the Washington Blv. Intersection, past the old Elementary School, then get into the left lane and bare left onto Haverling St. (follow Hickory Hill Campground sign) Go 3 miles, down a dip in the road, as you come up we are on the left. Cream House with red trim. Park at Kennel Do Not Enter Alone.

What to Bring : * Dog food w/ feeding instructions ( a food bowl is optional )
* Proof of Vaccinations, Worming and Flea Treatment dates ( see below )
* Bedding such as blankets (if your dog chews - please, no stuffed beds )
* Toys or Bones ( Be sure they are safe and be sure to collect them at pick-up ) We can not be responsible for items brought, ( items may get dirty or damaged )
* Please do not leave training collars on dogs while boarding….this could be dangerous.*

Vaccinations : * All dogs must be up to date on Rabies and Yearly Distemper Combo (DHLPP) “Lack of records at time of drop off will result in refusal for boarding”
Bordatella (Kennel Cough) is optional - the Nasal vaccine 2 weeks prior to coming.
* A recent de-worming is recommended. Remember this vaccine lasts 3 months.

Fleas:  Dogs should be flea-free upon arrival – Please check your dogs over before coming !

Drop Off Times and Kennel Viewing : By appointment only – scheduled between: 9:00am - 7:00 pm Mon-Sat.  5:30 - 6:00 Sunday.  7 days a week  For earlier or later times:

Please Come into the house:  Do Not enter the kennel alone
Park in lower part of the driveway.  Please keep dogs on a leash at all times

Special Needs: Please let us know of any special care needed ahead of time.
Medication can be given - at an additional cost of $ 1.00 per day/dose
Spay/ Neuter : Females should not be in heat upon arrival, if so – additional cost added.
Aggressive Dogs : Are not welcomed
Exercise Yard: A turn-out area is available upon request ( additional cost possible )
( for friendly dogs that are able to be trusted lose in a fenced yard – without trying to escape. )

* Kennels: We are a very small kennel with only 6 runs available; located in a building next to our home. They are in/door - out/door concrete runs, which are not heated, but have a large inside area with mats and bedding.  We also have 3 inside runs available.  Summer 2006 - Cat Boarding

All dogs are given personal care and attention, and runs are kept in clean condition. ___________________________________________________________________________

Cost : Normal Boarding Fee : $ 15.00 May - Oct, $20 Nov-Apr. 2 days or more plus provide your own food. $20.00 - $25.00 1 days or less (plus food)
Doubles : 2 dogs in same run - $20.00 per day + Long Term Boarding : 30 days or more $ 10.00 per day +
Drop off day is considered Day 1 ( No ½ day discounts ) Any pick up after 10:30 am will be charged for that day.

Pick up : “By Appointment Only” * Please Call Ahead (Absolutely No Drop-Ins)
Doors will be locked at all times * No unscheduled pick ups allowed !! * No Exceptions !

We can schedule appointments usually: 7 days a weeks – between 9:00am – 7:00pm ( When we are available )

If you need to cancel a reservation , please do so ASAP - but at least 24 hrs before arrival date, for we have very limited availability. Important: Busy Vacation Times, July & Aug. weekends, and Holidays – need at least 2 weeks cancellation notice, or you will be charged for the reservation time.  50% non-refundable Deposit needed for Holidays.  Peak vacations subject to set fee.  Ex.  Spring Break week: cost - $175 for 10 days or less.  Thank You
